Border Hiking in Thekkady is a full-day conservation-oriented hard hiking programme along the borders of the Periyar Tiger Reserve. the trek starts at eight in the morning and goes on until the evening. A group of 13 people comprising of 10 tourists, 2 guides and 1 armed guard begin trekking in the morning. During your trek through various kinds of terrain, you can enjoy the rich flora and fauna of the Periyar Tiger Reserve.
